My approach to logistics consulting stems from over 20 years of experience managing complex transportation processes globally. Over the years, I've worked with some of the world's largest shipping companies, as well as strategic projects for leaders in the food, industrial, and government sectors.

This unique, two-sided experience allows me to see what a standard freight forwarder misses: hidden costs, gaps in contract provisions and real risk transfer points.
